Enclave Defensive Pact Tonbo Airship

An attempt to create a compact and capable warship by one of the many corporate entities during the Enclave war, was swiftly brought to an end once the PACA mega corp took control of the Free Enclave. Now the few remaining Tonbo crafts serve both defensive pact and rebel formations against the Vlast invaders.
